heya

looking at getting back into the gym, been out of it for a good 3 months now, been on off really for the past 4 years..

Lost about 4kg as well so wanna bulk up

Looking at bodytech in Takapuna, just curious if anyone else trains there?

Would be nice to have a training buddy!
