Good Luck to Neralee Montague who will be competing at the Nabba International World Championships being held in Buggiba, Malta Saturday June 19th.

Our Aussie friends will be taking great care of her - thank you Eyad and his crew.

Less than three weeks to go - and we are looking forward in seeing all the pictures and hearing the outcome. Whatever it may be - we are all very proud of her.

Go Neralee

Certainly Neralee is one of NABBA/WFF's best Australasian competitors at this time & deserves her place on stage in Malta. Neralee & other competitors like Annette Gallaher have set the bar very high as to what criteria a NABBA Figure competitor must attain to be representative at international level.. All the best Neralee :D

Most definitely. This is the standard that has been set by these two women, and it is also the standard overseas. Our girls are at the top of their game in New Zealand. For other women who aspire to compete overseas at the Nabba Worlds and the Nabba Universe in Southport England, they must obtain this look. There is no height to weight ratio in this class, all women must come in conditioned with symmetry.

Ann Marie & Abraham are awesome competitors. Ann Marie has had a lot of International experience but look at the Big Lebanese Leviathan, his first competition was in Melbourne only 3 weeks ago & he weighed in at 120kg on stage. be interesting to follow his progress on the International stage starting in Malta next weekend.

Big fella should do very well.

Without sounding like a dick or being picky, I would have to say he needs more practice on his posing. From what I saw on the vid he could make himself look alot better with some smoother and correct posing.

Agree wl, he is what you might call "Raw" in the posing department. I expect his mentors who I know a couple, will get it sorted in due course.

Lets hope they have him in front of that mirror everyday. I'm thinking once he gets it sorted he will be able to give the illusion of being even bigger and if it's possible even harder :)

A huge congratulations to Neralee Montague who placed 6th in Figure Class 2 at the NABBA Worlds held in Malta. Her husband Ben has been kind enough to keep us up to date with the results. Ben added, that there were 12 in her class and it was a very tough line up, but they are happy with the outcome as those girls were impressive! With Neralee being our first competitor since 2000 who has competed on an international NABBA stage, she has done extremely well in her first showing. Once again congratulations Neralee - well done.

Yea Congrats to Neralee, thanks for the txt early this morning.

Tough class but superb effort from the Kiwi Girl with her amazing physique.

Yea Neralee is the first athlete to compete via NZ at a 'real NABBA/WFF' event on the international stage. Lisa Bailey was the first athlete to compete for NZ via Australia at the real NABBA Universe last year.

This is just the beginning for NZ NABBA/WFF here in NZ - if we look at what has been achieved in such a short period of time, the Future of NABBA/WFF is very bright. Thanks to all the athletes and sponsors who make the sport what it is. Go NABBA/WFF.

Well done Neralee defiantly a great result at such a tough event. It great to see Nabba/wff athletes now have the ability to compete at the level and against the depth of competition that they deserve> will be great to see teams of athletes in the future representing NZ at these true international events. Welldone is due also to the group of people that has help make this happen

Congrates Neralee

I just saw the pics and thought wow! You looked awesome to say the least. I was amazed with your size and condition. I realise it was the worlds, but I was shocked at the size and condition of the figure 2 class! WOW! The figure 1 class were no where as big or hard. You did NZ proud and should be very pleased with your placing in such a hard line up.

Hi Guys

Well now back home and back working and training. The Worlds were amazing, a totally different kettle of fish. It was an eye opener to see so many incredible bodies together. It would be so hard judging an event like that! I was amazed at the size of the girls in Figure. They were very impressive! The standard at that level is extremely high. It was great to see NZ back in with Nabba International, and come back with a placing was a bonus. I would like to give a huge thanks to NZ Nabba/WFF. Speaking from a competitors view, I have to say the financial help, constant encouragement and support, communication and follow through from the federation was fantastic! The big difference to other federations is they do there upmost for the competitor and do as they promise. From the time I competed in Christchurch to the time I came back home there was always someone supporting me and staying in touch, nothing was ever a hassle! As a long time competitor and having competed for other federations, I would hugely suggest to anyone wanting to compete to give our new federation Nabba/WFF a go. You will be treated with respect and be amazed of the professionalism that this federation gives. In the past I have been promised things in other federations and they have very rarely followed through. This federation has followed through with absolutely everything and more. I personally want to thank Rod, Kingsley, Lisa & Mark and Missy & Allan. You guys were awesome! You couldnt have done anything better than what you did. Thanks heaps :)
