Am going to start on a bulking diet in a few months and am wanting to hear what you have to say as to whether its better to bulk on whole foods or if these calorie dense shakes are just as good or better right now am looking at importing some cytosport muscle food or ON pro complex gainer...any suggestion and also opinion as to the question would be greats

I used to have 3 shakes a day and I still have like 5kg of protein sitting at home but I've found my body is responding better to a consistent diet consisting of nearly entirely whole food. I may keep the post workout shake in there just because it's an easy form to take dextrose in but I would try base your entire diet on whole food and throw in shakes whenever you have a meal that's a bit low in protein. Another benefit is I'm not nearly as gassy.

Compare two scoops of powder to a big plate of pasta/vege/sauce/mince and ask yourself which is going to help you grow more.

YES.

read Jigga's signature, that truly is the key to gaining mass. the best advice you can be given is that if you train and eat consistently you will gain mass :D
