I went there once as a trial. Was a good workout with good people. Would keep going if it was more affordable. You would definately see results going a few times a week but depending on your motivation you could get the same results training by yourself.

I will be moving back up to Auckland within the next 6 months and have been looking at a Crossfit facility. In reality they are not that expensive considering you basically get semi personal instruction with each workout, however, it is very off putting the whole 'cult" nature that they operate under.
