Hey guys, just joined up, obviously! I didn't really used to be a fan of the gym or generally being indoors ( outdoor recreation is my thing) but my bf got me helping him out in in the gym, just doing basic stuff like spotting. So am getting quite interested and am hoping to get particularly into the fitness model side of things! For now I'll be doing my thing surfing, but come next year I'll be getting amongst!

Yeah that's the one.. I like to think I have a fairly muscular build for a female anyway so aren't keen on gaining too much muscle but losing a bit of fat would be ideal. I'm thinking my cardio will help a lot with this and then I can go from there
