Close Grip Bench Press, lying down or standing skull crushers and dips... Thats all i do for triceps...

or if you want to do it the ghetto way...

Diamond pushups with one of your nephews sitting on your back :pfft:

One overlooked question that jumps out at me, "how much recovery do you have for chest/tri's" we all know that recovery = gains!!!!

Depends how many sets your hitting them with. For me Tris recover in 2-3 after I destroy them and chest 5-7

generally the smaller muscles recover pretty quickly, i.e a couple days. it really depends if you're doing a lot of isolation exercises

Mate. I have put on one cm on my arms in 2 months and I am 52. Most of that has been on the tris. I do close grip bench press for mass. Then four sets to failure of dips using my body weight only. I Finish off with tri push downs on the cable machine. As the tris and biceps are smaller muscles I have increased my workout on them to twice a week with three days between. Hope to gain more over next month. It can be done.
