Hi Guys & Gals

I am new i have just started working out, iam trying to loose weight and gain muscle i am currently using 100% whey protein, i am unsure on how much i should be having i currently have one in the morning and one at night.

should i have one before or after i go to the gym? i go to the gym at night when im at work (i work offshore)

can i take too much or too little?
