Hi Everyone.

i am new to bodybuilding so just to get some tips.. i am 167cm tall ( a shorty lol ) 24% bodyfat and 72kg. . i just want to look good so really want to bulk up and put on muscle.

at the moment im trying to get to the gym 4 times a week.

I have been told to eat, eat , eat and then strip down once i get to about 80kg. should i be eating everything and anything in this phase? or do i still need to be eating healthy?

thanks

Keep it healthy man from my own experience, lots but healthy.

If you put bad fats in it is just going to cling onto you fat you already have, then you just have to lose it later.

Yes I agree lots but healthy, and try to limit your cardio when bulking. Eat as much protein as you can afford to, theres alot of different rules generally tripple your weight in kgs and eat that in grams of protein a day, then add in good carbs like oats, brown rice and kumara. Get to know your toilet well, and your on your way. I started at 65 kilos (shredded for marathons like a stick man) and originally aimed for 85 (179 cm tall) now I'm 95 aiming for 110 kilos. So be ware it is addictive and you'll never feel big enough
