I'm new to bodybuilding and have no clue what protein supplement to take.

I'm an amateur and I want something post workout whey based.

I'm planning to get Mutant Mass or Pvl Whey Maxx but there're so many products out there, I feel so lost.

Can anyone recommend something to me please?

Of the two powders you just mentioned I would go with the whey maxx.

Mutant mass is a weight gainer theres no need to pay for the extra calories when you can get them in thru your diet.

The whey maxx will last you much longer as the serve size in those weight gainers are like 4-5 scoops.

hey mate

yeah like outkast said.... ild stay away from mutant mass and the other weight gainers, get the calories through food. ive used mutant mass, taste is good but you go through it pretty fast 250-360grams per shake from memory.
