Hey. I am 52 and need to make a choice. Which product will be more beneficial to gain more lean body mass. Super pump or Isa test. Can't buy both. My diet is clean and good. 270- 300 grms protein and similar carbs.

Hey okati

There is a difference between Super Pump 250 and Isa test.. The difference being that Superpump is more of a pre workout creatine supp which increases pump and energy..Isa test is a test booster which may give you the same effect but with the help of increasing testosterone levels...

From what I have heard isa test isnt that reliable, alot of bad reviews..as are many of these types of test boosters...however if you are looking into a test booster specifically i would recommend Novadex xt (1 that i feel does work)..

Gasparis Super pump is a great pre workout supp, this is from personal experience with the product..its a good blend of creatine and l-arginine etc which gives a great pump and also energy in gym...

But between super pump and isa test i would go with Superpump..

hope this helps

Thanks. Yes I did do some reading on both products. Both seem to promote the same results but which one is more effective? Isa Test promises much. Maybe good for horizontal exercise. But lean muscle size? Value for money and results,You might be right. Super pump could be the way to go.Thanks again.

The superpump250 consists of a blend..this includes creatine mono..

Ingredients for the superpump250 are in the link below:

I would have thought the amount of creatine in SP isn't that much, I take SP most days and don't have the creatine bloat/dehydration that I get if I take creatine. SP is a good pre-workout supp I wouldn't take it relying on the creatine in it.

Yea youre right..I havent experienced that bloat eitha with superpump compared to just Creatine..was only pointing out that superpump blend does contain creatine mono..which would play some role in the increased energy and pump..

I think theres about 1g of creatine per serve/scoop..

So what would be the end result between taking Creatine or taking Super pump. Would the end result be the same as in muscle gain? Except super pump does not give one too much fluid and bloat.

Who knows? I don't know if there's been any scientific comparisions.

You would take them for different reasons, SP gives you energy and a good pump whereas creatine fills your muscles full of water. It depends on what you need I guess. I hate creatine it bloats me and I have to pee even more than I already do!

I have enough problems with the bladder now! The ultimate goal of course is to build muscle the best I can under the circumstances with right diet and workouts. I suppose the best idea will be trial and error. Try creatine for ex amount of months and compare gains then try Super pump then try a testosterone booster.
