Hi everyone

Here are the posters for the upcoming 2010 Nabba/WFF Australian Shows :)

For those who are wanting to qualify for the upcoming Nabba Worlds in Malta and/or the WFF Universe in Katerini Greece, this weekends Melbourne Show is a qualifier for these events. Mark Ryans Southern Hemisphere Show is a qualifier for the Nabba Worlds.

Please note, the overall winners from both these shows will receive financial assistance to attend both the WFF Universe and Nabba Worlds.

For those who did not compete at our Christchurch Show, this is another chance for you all to attend and compete at two excellent shows run by some fantastic promoters.

Hi everyone

Pretty easy day today for everybody here in Melbourne but most of the team are here and some more to follow later tonight and also tomorrow. Must add that we've got a pretty bloody good looking team :pfft: but then I am being biased.

Approximately 60 athletes registered so far - registration day is tomorrow - so it will be interesting to see who shows up out of the wood work. We are expecting a few big boys to take the stage as well - always makes for an interesting event.

Tomorrow is a big day for the ladies and our boy Tom - tanning, registration and looking at the running order for our athletes. But like the champions that they are, they'll all take it in their stride.

Musclenz, you know you had the chance to tan some of the ladies  but we know you are a busy boy and have other pressing things to do - so we will have that sorted (sorry Jimjim, I think the ladies specifically asked for the "Big Boy" meaning Rod darl and not you - maybe next time - aye? :pfft:.

Anyway, guys, will keep you all updated as we go along and hopefully have alot of pics which I will forward onto Rod

Rock on Sunday

Hi everybody

A good day today and all the team are here. Registered and sorted for tomorrows Maxs International. Everyone is looking great and we are looking forward to seeing them onstage.

Our NZ officials who will be judging at this show tomorrow are, Maree Stubbington, Naera Johnson and Alan Hawkins (just as well I packed his glasses) :pfft:

We'd like to announce also, Neralee Montague's photoshoot which was shot at Graeme's Gym - Athletique Health Club - with the infamous Mr Outlaw (Craig Lucas) himself - she was rocking it and looks awesome - the photographers were fantastic and looked after our girl - very welcoming as well.

Rightio - off for a coffee and a bit of a relax.

Catch up soon everyone

Miss

Thanks Ann baby.

Neralee was an absolute pleasure to shoot. It was her first ever photoshoot and she was simply fabulous! Her condition was outstanding and her smile lights up the gym.

My photographers were really pleased and Neralee is such an easy going fun person, nothing was too much trouble for her despite the fact it was the day before the show.

I have just become and even bigger Neralee fan and I'll be cheering for her tomorrow. Thanks for making the photoshoot so enjoyable babes.

If I recall Craig some months ago you were not too keen on a bet on us getting under way in NZ. Well there you are - a Winning Filly from our stable

For those following the fortune of Wheels (Matthew Jones) ex pat Kiwi on here, he won WFF Men's Overall in what has been reported to be razor sharp condition. The NABBA Overall Men's was won by a 120kg monster (on stage)who I have yet to find a name. WOW!

Hi Guys

Well I am waiting at the airport so what better way to spend a bit of time and go on the internet. I wanted to say a very big special thanks to Nabba/WFF NZ for the outstanding support that us kiwi's have had here in Aussie. We have been treated like royalty especially from Missy and Allan:) You guys rock! Everything you have given me from your time, emails, support and encouragement has been absolutely outstanding. I have never met such kind and giving people as yourselves. You made my experience such a memorable one :) Out of all the years in competing I have never been treated with such respect, or had the support and encouragement as what I have received from NZ Nabba/WFF. The people in our NZ federation are just awesome from communication, support and most important the follow through. I feel very honoured to be the first kiwi to be representing our NZ federation at the worlds in 4 weeks. Thanks also to Maree and Allan, you guys are an inspriation to the sport of bodybuilding:) Ngaire, thanks for your kind words:) One person who I cant leave out and wouldnt be where I am today is our man Graeme Lancefield. He has been absolutely fantastic to us kiwis. Thnaks heaps Graeme , you personally have been awesome from the first time I came to Aussie:) The show was fantastic, the condition of competitors was outstanding. The whole kiwi team should be proud of how we all did. They were a fantastic bunch of people and I had a fab time. The only down fall was I wish I was staying another full day so I could go into the city with Missy and Al. Take care everyone and thanks heaps. Better go and get this plan or I may have to jump in a taxi and find Mis..lol

Ha ha.............it's not me who was funny, it was my two gay photographers who keep you laughing I think.

Paul and John are certainly different to my regular photographers that I use, but their work is excellent despite all their comical bickering.

I have a loud voice, I think everyone can hear it, but I was really keen to see both you and my friend Abraham Elzaibak hit the stage.

Both of you can go on and win NABBA World or Universe titles in the near future.

Make sure you catch up with Eyad and his crew at the Worlds, they will look after you as if you are one of them.

I think you are a big chance to win your class in 4 weeks time.

All the best and thanks for doing the shoot, you looked sensational. xxx

Hi guys

Well the show is done and dusted and I must say that we have had a great time here again in Melbourne. We are all very proud in our teams achievements and it must be added that they were such a fantastic group to look after. From the time we arrived, through to meeting Outtie, catching up with the boys, Phil, Mark, Jimmy, Blair and various others, as well as Haley and her partner Donny, we've had a blast.

Congratulations once again to all our competitors, you all did yourselves proud.

One notable mention must go to Outlaw - his face was priceless when he saw Neralee - all I could here from him when he saw her was, "f*ck" (I'm pretty sure he said that at least five times! - Im sitting their laughing as he couldn't get over her condition, then laughing even more by his interaction with Neralee and his boys! :pfft:

Thanks mate, it was good to have a chat, you made that day a good one.

Miss

No worries Anne.

Photoshoots are boring old days, but catching up with you and Neralee was great fun.

My two photographers loved her too, she was very easy to work with.

Yes, her condition and overall physique certainly had me lost for words....(except for "f*ck")

On behalf of NABBA/WFF NZ (yeah I seem to be the bloody spokesman & general dogsbody) I would just like to thank Missy as Team Manager & her support crew of Judges & Officials, Alan, Allen S, Maree & Naera for an outstanding job managing our people in Melbourne. I think it says a lot about these people who supported our Federation from its inception late in 2009 & who carried that support through to our Christchurch Show & then onto Max's International in Melbourne last weekend. They have all put so much time & money into this to get us & our athletes away as we all stated would be our prime mission at the beginning. It's this commitment & drive for change & improvement that has shown that, although we may well be a bunch of amateur promoters, we are very serious about what we do. I would say to competitors around New Zealand, please give us your consideration especially if you have a desire to compete in Australia or overseas. We are here to stay!

Neralee is an inspiration to us all. She has an incredible physique, and would be one of the few competitors I have seen that is so balanced. Her whole body is in such perfect proportion. What amazes me is that she is so humble and so down to earth. Good luck for the worlds Neralee, am sure you will do NZ proud. You look absolutely fantastic, well done.
