I have had no replies to my previous post buy i train at les mills new lynn and am looking for a spotting partner i go everyday anyone interested? cheers

you need to go to a real gym in west auckland as les mills in new lynn dont like bodybuilders working out in there

and what would a real gym out in west auckland be? and how do you know they dont like bodybuilders? past experience?

Kswinkels, you may have to be patient in your search for a training partner. Your best bet is probably to get to know other people in the gym who train at the same time you do. In the meantime, go hard by yourself, and don't be afraid to ask someone (or offer someone) a quick spot - you never know, they could end up being your training partner.

Doesn't the Les mills website have a section on their homepage for notices, you could get your request on there.
