All g then, i'll my charge up my camera when I get home, that has a video thing in it.

I should still be sweet if a benched last night, so i'll get my mate to take a video tonight.

100kgs + flat bench 3 sets of 12

46kgs incline bench (over head dummbell raises) 3 sets of 12

400kg leg press 3 sets of 12

50kg preacher curls

Yeah bud you post a vid of all these lifts with those rep ranges and prove us wrong. I would especially like to see the 400kg leg press and 50kg preacher curls more than the bench press. Also how can you prove you have only been going to the gym for 6 weeks? I guess we will have to take your word for your starting weights too but Im really keen to see these lifts.

What is very interesting is on these forums you seem to give poeple grief for posting what they do, you mock and laugh but yet you know nothing of them?

Just because someone is posting their results?

An introduction is just that it is not about flaming the person, mocking them or taking the pi$$.

To be honest that is why alot of people probably CBF with forums?

Its got nothing to do with mocking and laughing and getting all catty like a bitch. If you wanna post up these ridiculous results to make yourself feel like a big man then all good. The only problem is that on this forum there is A LOT of people who know full well that the 'results' you are proclaiming are extremely unlikely. What did you expect when you posted your results anyway? For everyone to go wowee your incredible when we all full well know that what your saying isnt actually true?

If what you are saying is somehow true... that your bench has gone from 40kg max to 100kg, your leg press from 80kg to 400kg!, you've put on 7.5kg lean mass etc etc and all your lifts are with excellent form and noone overspotting you then I apologise for saying your full of shit and what you have done is extrememly impressive. However until I see some serious proof Im sorry but myself and Im sure quite a few others just arnt going to magically believe you.

Ummmm why can't we just take it for granted that he can do that weight? I mean it's not like he's telling us some outrageous numbers or anything. I for one don't want to watch a video of someone benching 100 kilos for 12 reps. I feel like that would be about 30 seconds of my life I could never get back!!!

If he has progressed as he says that's awesome, so lets focus on the positive and he can post a vid when he benches 200 kilos!

Yeah.... also if he progresses a he says and all this "beginner gains" is all crap then that 200kg bench video should be ready by monday aye? Still respect is earned via squat and deadlift! not bench and leg press!!

Nah no crying panther. I just find it amusing that he is getting mocked for posting his training results. easy to criticise but I read lots of people talking about what they can do and not many posting vids for people to see.

Maybe some people struggle their whole bodybuilding careers and never manage to bench press 100 kilos so it's amazing to them that someone can do that after a few months training but I am sure we have all known/seen guys do things in the gym that just defy belief.

Doubting is ok, it is understandable, but critisizing is not cool.

I do not do it to others no matter how big or small, if they pose in the mirror at the gym, post results that are crazy or only a little bit...

So I expect the same respect back. Even if this is just a forum, I could tell you all to get F***d now, but I would rather prove you wrong, it's more fun this way.

I wonder if this will be a bench press/upright row spotter/lifter combo haha. Don't forget... if your spotter touches the bar then its a no lift.

I hear Riccardo's a weightlifting judge, you might wanna send the video to his personal email first so he can make sure your following all the rules :roll:

He isnt talking about a few months - hes saying 1 1/2 months.

A few months yup, 1.5 I doubt it. Once again tho we are going to have to take his word for this 40kg starting weight and 6week timeframe.

Yea I really want to see what this genetic marvel looks like. If he does post a clip proving us all wrong it would be awesome, like the first time it's ever actually happened.

The time frame he stated is very short and the gains are massive assuming form is correct. Well over doubled his strength in 6 weeks. 40kg max to 12 reps at 100kg is an insane increase. Not to mention 50kg preacher curls I'm going to have to assume that's 50kgs with an ez bar as a max, if he means 50kg dumbbell preacher curls then that's just downright laughable. And 80kg to 400kg on the leg press that means his legpress strength has increased 500%. And all this in 6 weeks? When you make claims like these prepare to be met with skepticism.

his last name could be banner and his father an ex mad military scientist.... i duno but if he can do what he says that is bloody impressive!!!!

Not everyone that posts up huge numbers are full of it, (even though his leg press is 400kgs) could be gifted genetically. Or full of it guess we will find out tonight. good on ya for posting what you can do anyway man, but remember its "put up or shut up"
