as I said if you can bench 12 x 100 down to your chest and back up in a controlled manner @75 odd kgs bw you would be one of the strongest people around here.

If you can do 12 as i just described then for one rep down to your chest and back up in a controlled manner you should be doing one at least 30kg heavier than the 100kg for 12, which at that bw is more than huge its a mammoth weight.

RS is a legend in his own right haha. 7.5kilos of lean mass in 6 weeks? i'm pretty sure the most you can put on without drugs is roughly a pound a week.

Omg i'm back, now comes the mocking part. Since I catch the train home, I don't get back till rond 7pm, gym closes at 8:30pm on fridays.

Put my cam on charge as soon as I got home and left the battery out as soon as I got to the gym stuck it in, warmed up, turned cam on and batt was flashing no power, yayyyyyyyy. Come on people mock me more please? I love this fucking shit :twisted:

Since the cam didn't work I just done some cardio tonight. I'll try and get the vid done on Monday when I will actually have more time. At least I tried, meh.

Anyway, spam this thread till the cows come home until monday and then i'll post one up. Sorry to disappoint. :roll:

And ahh no it's not an excuse, but I really do love reading comments from you mocking the shit outta me, quite the entertainment. :wink:

My theory is he has been training for a lot longer than 6 weeks. He said he has been training "consistently" for the last 6 weeks. He has probably been training on and off for a few months which would explain a lot. Misleading but he technically hasn't lied yet if that is the case. Can you clarify RS?

I'm off my face atm so I hope that made sense.

All my gym count 2 days ago was at 102 visits and that is over a 2 year period with sometimes like once a week if that.

Started going constantly for about 1 - 2 months now

There ya go people.

still, he gave us those numbers and said it was a month and a halfs work, not 2 years. he aint outa jail yet :lol:

It took me years to go from 50kg to 90kg bench, and more to go up from there, and put on decent body weight. You can't be surprised that no one believes you. You are on a weight training/fitnes site, talking to people who have lifted for years, and you wouldn't be the first to claim super feats.

Yea I really want to see what this genetic marvel looks like. If he does post a clip proving us all wrong it would be awesome, like the first time it's ever actually happened.

The time frame he stated is very short and the gains are massive assuming form is correct. Well over doubled his strength in 6 weeks. 40kg max to 12 reps at 100kg is an insane increase. Not to mention 50kg preacher curls I'm going to have to assume that's 50kgs with an ez bar as a max, if he means 50kg dumbbell preacher curls then that's just downright laughable. And 80kg to 400kg on the leg press that means his legpress strength has increased 500%. And all this in 6 weeks? When you make claims like these prepare to be met with skepticism.
