Diet critique

So far today:

Meal 1 - 1/2 to 1 cup oats, 150ml milk, 50ml water, 1 x scope of whey shake, blend...drink

Meal 2 - 4 whole eggs, diced ham and onion, scrambled...eat

Meal 3 - 1 x can of 185g tuna, cup of coffee...eat/sip

Meal 4 - 2 x decent sized chicken breast, rice...eat

Meal 5 - 1 x can of 185g tuna, cup of coffee...eat/sip

Meal 6 - 2 x decent sized chicken breast, rice...eat

Befor nynys - 1 x scope of whey shake, 150ml milk, shake...drink

Note:I usually snack on almonds between meals when feeling it.

Any advice, do's or don'ts much appreciated.

When I 1st started my journey 2 yrs ago (on/off), I weighed in at 75kgs (Like most ectos) now am at 90-92kgs and around 17% BF (don't quote me on this).

yeah that's a pretty solid diet mate. i wouldnt even bother having the shakes cus it looks like you're getting plenty of protein from real foods. i've cut protein powder out of my diet completely and i'm having good gains, but each to their own.

Your diet consists of grains and proteins both of which present an acidic load to the blood, its important to balance those acids with alkaline rich veggies and fruit.Also veggies give you a healthy dose of phytochemicals that are essential for optimal physiological functioning.Id aim for a serving about 1/2 cup with every feeding opportunity

I typically buy my veggies for the week and cut them up into separate containers meaning very little preparation for the week, some veggies spoil quicker than others though so its a bit of trial and error.

Yeah found that. Carrots last for ages but beans not so much. Buy veges that go off faster, less but more frequently.
