Need some more info bud.. whats your age, current weight, BF etc

Do you have an idea of your current calorie intake.

Best advice I can give you is learn to eat big. Increasing your food intake can be tough at the start as you are often forced to eat when you are not hungry but you will adapt to the new calorie intake quickly and get used to it. As for getting bored easily of food, when you eat every 2 or so hours it becomes extremely difficult to keep things interesting and becomes a case of simply sucking it up. I can't imagine many serious bodybuilders who honestly enjoy tuna and rice but its what a lot of guys eat day in day out.

Also dont get fooled into the start dieting 12 weeks out from show. Its not a golden rule and is really dependent on your condition.

Are you thinking of doing the Waikato show in Oct?

you don't need to be eating every two hours. why not eat bigger, less frequent meals i.e every 4 hours. the idea that you need to be eating every two hours is BS unless you're looking to lose weight

yeah eating can be boring, but just think of all those dying kids in africa. eat up son :D

Can you show some evidence as to why you say it is BS?

My reason I said every two hours was purely because he is having trouble eating big. It will be easier for him to eat smaller meals every two hours than it would be to eat twice the amount of food every 4 hours! I certainly wouldnt want to sit down to 4 cups of rice and 2 cans of tuna in one meal.

I should have mention that at the start.

I'm 25, been training about +/- 6 years. Competed before but my body is a bit different now. I was going to compete a few years ago but suffered an injury, so its been recovery up until now.

I'm 178cm, currently 96kg, BF at around 18-20%.
