Testosterone Boosters ?????

Hey Guys

I am 23 years old and been training for a good 2 years now and have seen some okay gains. Im sitting at about 80kg now and around 15% body fat but wanting to hit 90. My eating is good (6 meals a day) and training hard.

So i was thinking about a test booster (ISA TEST) but a lot of people think im to young to use one ?? Some feed back would be great guys

Cheers

Hi mate Ive just started a winter bulking with lots of extra food, some creatine and gaspari novedex xt.I dont know if the product gives me extra testosterone to build more muscle but it also has an anti aromatose in it which must help the free test that is in your system whether naturally or through the novedex be more effective in muscle growth.

If anything I find the boosters make me feel like an angry arrogant beast therefore helping me push the tin around the gym lol.

since when are test boosters steroids or pro-hormones??

supplements maybe? :pfft: lol

correct ... my bad

excuse my naivety, but what's the difference between a test booster and pro-homones? isn't test a hormone? :-s

test boosters are just herbs lol

and they are a waste of time, they just weaken your LH function overtime.

Agree with posts saying they don't work. the best lesson i ever learnt was to eat more chicken breasts and brown rice and forget about shit like test boosters and all other supplements which do not work

To be honest mate it seems to me like you could be doing a lot more with your diet so I say yes increase your food intake considerably and try some creatine(micronised monohydrate either from bodybuilding.co.nz or shotgun its cheap as for 500gm or a kg) for a couple or three months,I think you should be able to put on an 5kg in the next few months with good food and hard training and once your 85kg plus youll be pushing more weight around therefore building more muscle.

BRING ON THE NEW TRAINING WEEK f*ck YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Couldnt agree more. Bottom line is you can spend all your money on supps and youl still get nowhere if you dont eat enough.

The only things I use now are protein, creatine, glutamine and fish Oil. Everything else imo cost too much money for the limited benefits they may provide .. if any!

Save that money and invest in BEEF!

 real talk. for the most part, supplements are a waste of hard-earned money.

im gonna add my 2c here, from personal experience.

1 test boosters (good ones) do work.

2 test boosters wont do jack for someone with naturally good test levels.

3 not all test boosters are created equal!

due to lifestyle, namely shiftwork and chronically bad sleeping patterns, my progress at training had slowed, and i decided to try a novodex and zma stack for a month. and just for the sake of certainty, i took blood tests before and after, and keep all circumstances the same.

blood tests dont lie. read this thread, and draw your own conclusions.

real talk

Definitely too young mate. Try getting hold of a book called 'Power Eating'. You might find that even though you think you are doing the 'Eating/Training' thing right, you're probably more included to a diet to keep you lean rather than make you grow.

Hey man.

Totally agree with the rest of the peeps. Good food will get you anabolic rather than a supplement. I thought I was a "hardgainer" until i was chowing on 4500cals a day.

my experience with test boosters.

Gypsy herbs wont do a heck of a lot and thats why they are cheap, for example Trib wont do a heck of a lot, fenugreek not sure but i doubt it. It's just a waste of 20bucks. There are much better ways to keep the test and GH high. Spend that 20 bucks on some oats and glucose for post workout carbs, and loading up with creatine, a much better alternative.

ZMA is worth the money as a "test booster" just to get you to sleep and gives you the quality of sleep you need before your next train.

AntiEstrogens

MM Hexagen utter bs dont believe i bought that shit.

Gaspari Halodrol Liquigels these worked for me even on a calorie restricted diet. I'll definitely be hitting this up again along with some novedex.

its a total luxury over the general supps, but if you got the cash and want to experiment go with zma or an anti estrogen

Good luck bro

novaldex xt

zma

tongkat ali

tribilus

Tongkat ali just hit the register with WADA I believe. Was tested by some agency and found to have banned substances (prescription meds from memory?) in it.

Pay to watch this if you're likely to be on testing (ie PLing or INBA)
