Hey just a question,

Would you think that sludge is bad to have every night after t, i only have 1 tspn of almon or PB? im just abit paranoid as comp is coming up

It depends on your conditioning, I would drop the protein powder and stick to plane food, at least, for the last couple of weeks. You're not going to be gaining any muscle from now till then so just concentrate on dialing in your conditioning.
