Nutritionists? Palmerston North?

Hey, oh i've tried everything! Low carb, w/w, Jenny Craig, detox, even went to a dietition! but ahhh no, it just doens seem to be working!

There are 2 nutritionists in palmy, but I would perfur to have someone who can combine my training with it, because I think the nurtritionists are just trained for extremely obest everyday people!

I just thought ya know how professional sport people have their own nutritionists, I would really like to get help and advice from someone in the same line of work!

Unless you could be of some help! ? I'm trying so hard! I just wanna loose 15kg by October !!

Haha unlikely sorry as I have enough of my own heft to lose!

Although, I've started following the Body for Life diet in the last few weeks except no carbs in the evening meals and I've so far seen some really good results (even with an extra treat meal thrown in) and it's been pretty easy to stick to so far Eg tomorrow's menu:

M1: 1 egg, 2 (or 3) egg white omlette

M2: 1/2 scoop protein powder mixed with low fat yoghurt

M3: 120g can of Tuna on 1 piece of toast

M4: Protein shake and 1 piece of fruit

M4: 150g steak ( :P ) and some green beans

M5: Normally don't get that far but if I do it's a protein bar

Have you tried entering your food into fitday? With the BFL I am trying to reach 40/40/20 for protein/carbs/fat and I'm always around 800cal in deficit which makes up for the cheat meals.

Good luck, if you are eating clean with a calorie deficit there is no reason why the weight shouldn't be coming off (that I can think of)...

http://www.fitday.com is a website that lets you log your food for the day and it will tell you how you are going nutrition-wise and calorie wise. There are quite a few websites out there like it I think...

As far as the protein shakes go... You could eat a can of Tuna, 100g of lean meat beef jerky sticks or learn to hold your nose and chop it back.

I don't think anyone loves drinking protein shakes but if you're hungy enough anything tastes good. I use Whey Maxx triple choc and it makes me gag some days, but I'd rather that than not lose weight.
