It makes you wonder who actually covers the funding to find and make these products.

Whouldn't be easier to say ' your to f---ing fat, loose some weight, which means clean your diet up '

Oh yes, I forgot, that would be an against human rights in our western nanny state of living!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no, not beta blockers. :pfft:

carb/fat/starch blockers etc.

has/does anyone use these?

what brand do you or have you used?

what are your opinions?

They actually do exist to a degree PT, one example you could try is Xenical. Acts on the lipase enzyme from memory meaning a large proportion of fat goes through the GI tract undigested...... "greasy stools".

A friends father tried it & had a huge feed of fish n chips - you can imagine the rest! :pfft:

If your dieting hard a cheat day, with an large influx of calories/carbs, can be a good thing. Helps prevent or at least slow some of the metabolic changes that happen while dieting. Most of the carbs you eat on a cheat day will probably go to refilling glycogen levels, not fat, and this will let you train harder the day after, meaning more stimulation for muscles and less muscle loss.

Don't block the carbs bro, use them to your advantage and feel good about cheating.
