GAT JetFUSE Electrolytes For Replenishment

Di-Sodium Phosphate

First up the colour, its pink!

This may not be a problem for bodybuilders but we Strongman have a masculine image to uphold.....LOL

The taste is unusual, kind of a artificial cherry flavour with a hint of childs cough mixture. That said it's not an unpleasant taste, just different. seemed to mix well with water, didn't notice the crunchy bits you get with creatine!

I noticed the 'tingling' feeling within about 10 minutes of taking it and felt a little strange (a much more mild but similar feeling to that of taking too much pseudoephedrine when you've got a head cold). This passed within a few minutes and I was amping to get to the gym and smash some big DLs. Unfortunately when I did I realised it was a deload week!

GAT JetFuse definately made me feel 'focused' and and had to hold myself back and stick to the planned deload workout. I did however do some cardio (incline treadmill) and my heart rate was up more than usual (peaked at 128, whereas I usually struggle to stay over 110-115). Got to be good.

GAT JetFuse doesn't match the old ephedrine as a pre-workout stimulant (oh the good old days of the 1990's!) however I don't think anything OTC has since. It does however beat a number of other pre-workout supplements I've tried (eg Bullet) and I'll definately try it again on a heavy duty workout or a strongman implement session.

That would be a good topic for a thread : What's the worst tasting pre-workout in NZ

Who cares about taste, as long as it works!

Well put HaNs..... When it comes to supplements I'm paying for a result! All the artificial flavour in the world isn't cutting it if it doesn't do the job!

That said JetFuse wont make the worst tasting list!

You wouldn't happen to have any advice for a fella who has hit a platue at 89 - 90? I like to think that my diet, training and resting are where they're supposed to be, but I can't seem to get through this  frustrating.
