David Shaw-Over The Edge

Just found my long lost copy of the above book and re-read it. Probably the best book on bodybuilding I`ve read, particularly from Australasia.

Published in 1997 and endorsed by Mark Stewart (Mr Australasia) as "The most amazing sports story ever written" it tells the anonomous story of an Australian bodybuilders dream to be Mr Universe and his obsession and journey on steroids to get there.

Its an interesting, and amazing book highly recommended to all bodybuilders, both Natural and enhanced.

Anybody else out there read this book? Interested in your comments.

I read this many years ago but would love to get hold of it again. Never quite worked out who "Mark Shaw" was though I had my suspicions. Anyone know?

"David Shaw" or "Mark Shaw". I suspect the latter clocked up a few rugby tests in the 80s:-)

BTW I still have the book and may be generous enough to lend it out if any diehard express enough interest.
