Gonna run Femara and Clen up to my time away.

Training today pleased my TP as he finally managed to hurt me.

Combo of back, shoulders and biceps. I think they were supersets, trisets and quadsets. My arms are officially fucked. Back's been cramping and have had to take a nanna nap.

Will have no guilt issues not training tomorrow. :nod:

A valuable lesson learnt today. Bloody newbies they say.

Have been having long headaches, last one around 36 hours. The old Nurofen and Panadol wouldn't fix it. Really getting to me. Also there weren't many body parts that weren't cramping.

Have also lost 6kgs in 2 weeks. Looking "flat", and feeling fucked.

A bottle of Mizone today fixed it.

Was told I was suffering from dehydration, which will be due to the Clen. Even though I had been drinking litres of water a day it didn't help. Chucking in some electrolytes helped. Will now work on drinking a couple of these a day. Have also been advised to chuck down a few more bananas and increase my salt.

Big relief to get rid of the headaches, especially with the in-laws in the house for Xmas.

A lot of guys get cramps & head aches with clen - obvious cause is dehydration & electrolyte balance. HOWEVER - a 36 hour headache is a bit extreme!!! If you continue to have issues I'd drop the dosage or drop the clen completely & if no resolution get it checked out! Remember without your health all the mass in the world don't mean jack! :nod:

Cheers Nate, yeh if things aren't under control then it all gets dropped. Made that promise to the missus at the beginning.

All good now though, thank the gods. Couple bottles of Powerade, some bananas and it's come right.

Had a BF check this morning and it's dropped 2%, waist dropped 2.5cm, size pretty stable. Legs have cut up nicely.

So we might get away with some trifle tomorrow. :nod:

if u get the shakes then u are feeling it... i for example get the shakes and cramps in my fingers and toes but i very rarely get hot or sweat on it. others get no shakes but feel very warm. others feel wired as f*ck on it. just because you are not feeling hot or not sweating doesnt mean its not working mate.

btw, liquid clen is the easiest one for people to f*ck with. so trust who u buying it off.

Pretty good. 1.5 ml PD. I feel a bit jittery and that's all. You won't always feel like you're burning up. Again different things affect people differently. It'll be the tale of the tape - did your measurements change?

You also lose a lot of heat out of your head, hands and feet. Not just sweating.

Been a couple months since I've posted anything so thought I'd do an update since work is closed and have a bit more spare time.

I've really just maintained an even level of test since Xmas. Took a booster while I was away in Oz for 2 weeks, rather than take or find gear over there. Had some good sessions over there in the heat.

Decided to aim for April / May comps. [rant] One comment - hypocrisy is rampant in this bloody sport [end rant].

The last 3 weeks (12 weeks prep to comp) I've been on 10mg dbol and 100mg prop ED. Diet has been consistent with Saturday being cheat day. Weight has been consistently between 84 and 84.8kgs.

The prop is interesting. Not a big fan of ED sticking but if it's got to be done then............. This stuff is slightly over dosed. If I don't hit it right the site aches for 48 hours. Good shit though.

Training last 2 weeks has been a 3 day split due to some over training. This week only had one session due to the quake.

Cardio has been 4 days a week with 10kgs in the weight vest.

This morning I've dropped to 83kgs for some reason. Our plan has been to try and hold onto size and slowly lose BF. So far it had been working.

Had a massive breakfast today (for me). I'll call it a powerbuilding breakfast. 9 eggs, 2 yolks, 4 pieces chicken bacon, cup potato, and some leftover green beans.

No training since Monday. Heard the gym is open tomorrow so I can get down and shift some tin. Getting stir crazy.

Went out for tea last night and had a 400gm steak on one of those stone grills. That was just the shizz - bloody nice. Would rather it came ready cooked rather than waiting for it to cook in front of me.

Shit, trying to find a site that doesn't ache so I can have a stab is a pain in the arse. Tried stabbing the same site 2 days apart and paid the price. f*cker aches that much longer.

Chucked some more sand bags in the weight vest for the morning, should be interesting. Hope it ain't raining again - soaked to the skin this morning. Got no reason to complain really as I'm not one of the rescue guys trying to work in it.

Good to hear the pre-comp is still on track after the devastation in Christchurch this week. That Titan Testosterone Propionate is very strong and very effective. Not overly irritating but does leave the site feeling a little bruised for a day so alternating sites is a good idea. When does the stack change, what do you go onto next and what are you looking forward to trying in the stack for this pre-comp?

Think we'll be putting some EQ into the stack in a weeks time.

Going by the comments on Masteron reckon I wouldn't mind trying that. But we'll see how we go.

Yeh, the Titan is good stuff, no doubt there. It's actually about the only brand I've used consistently so don't have any issues with quality. Reckon I might just get a reaction to the BA in it by stabbing ED.

Is the EQ and Masteron Titan as well? That will make for an interesting stack - D-bol, Testosterone Propionate. Boldenone Cypionate. Masteron...my mouth is watering. Is the supply cosistant?

Yeh Titan all round. No worries with supply so far.

Glad I visited the needle exchange on Monday. It might not be there now.

Changed cycle today.

50mg EQ ED

50mg Prop ED

2 dbol ED

0.25ml Nolva (twice a day)

Weight still hovering round 84. Looks like a bit of BF has come off so pretty much on target.

Had a workout with a friend over at Takapuna last week when I was in Auck. Not a bad gym. Paint job on the walls almost put me off though. Always good to check out what other gyms do, and what gear they have.

Noticed the light over the sink last night highlighted a bit of muscle in the splashback. It's not the best pick but shows some progress.

I like the stack. It is Conservative, sensible and a bit different to most pre-comp courses I have seen. Does this advice come from a succesful competitor? I see it is shifting towards some lower aromatising anabolics now. How is the libido and strength holding up. Any adjustments to your diet as well?

Yeh, my stack advice does come from someone who has a lot of knowledge in this area. No complaints so far, everything seems to be working smoothly.

No changes to diet as yet which is strange compared to my last comps where diet was immensely critical. Reckon I might actually get to enjoy this comp.
