Hey everyone, a few of you may know me from Powerhouse Forum but anyway, I been doin powerlifting for just over a year know, been in the gym since i was 14, Im 21 nw. Just joined up to see whats happening on the darkside, might thro a few comments around here and there.

Umm just training for the auck champs on May 8th, this is my last heavy week so looking forward to comp next week

Monday: Squat + 2 assistance execises (front/box/chains etc + stretching)

Tuesday: Bench + 3-4 assistance stuff (lockout/speed etc + stretching)

Wednesday OFF

Thursdays: Sumo Deadlift + 1 assisatnce ( speed/deficit) + back

FridayL Pre/rehab Rot Cuff/Shoulders/Core/stretching

Saturday OFF

Sunday OFF

I have been following a linear periodisation model for the past year and seem to be workin well, strenght and weight gain has been steady and as planned
