i think you will find that the butcher is correct but if you are frying it. It is pretty hard to chew..... Eye fillet has lots of little fatty bits running through it... nice to eat though :pfft:

The butcher is def your friend... I was shopping for rump, which I find tends not to have the fat marbled through it, but easily trimmed of visible fat, and the butcher in my local New World offered to trim it for me. Sweet - less work for me, AND I'm not paying for the fat he just trimmed off :D
