Hey guys/gals

Im about to start getting serious about the gym after bouncing between fit/overweight a few times. Im just over it.

So Ive decided now is the time to get serious.

Currently

26

Male

186cm

98.4Kgs

with hardly any tone.

at personal best I was once down to a 32" waist and with slight definition in my abs. Now i have a beer belly and a 36" is really tight

Time to change all this, being used to forums for car stuff, i thought this woudl be the place to find motivation. I already have a good gym membership with access to great advice/personal training/dietary supplements. so im off to the right start.

Now its time to put in some hard cardio and 3 days a week weight training.

Will keep updated as I progress. time to lose the beer belly.

Looks like this is a good place for feedback/motivation/encouragement
