Hey people

Just joined this site, happend to come across it while researching a little about the sport in New Zealand.

A little bit about me:

I am 19yo and have been training for about two years now. Its been a more solid training in the last year, trying to juggle training and uni life. I currently weigh in at 96kg and am 6ft 2in. I train 4 days a week on a split programme (chest and triceps, legs and calves, shoulders, back and biceps). Currently take a number of supps. including whey protien, creatine, BCCA, multi-vitamins and also am on a good high protien diet.

My all-time favourite bodybuilders are Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno :) .

My goals are to gain more muscle mass, atleast another 15-20kg and maybe one day compete once I have finished my degree. I hope to gain a lot of insight from you guys and cant wait to reach my goals.

Competing is so much harder in the real world if you can give it a go while you are still at uni and have more spare time. :pfft:
