has anyone bought this product ? it sounds really good and you can do pretty much every exercise on it that you can do in the gym and it clips onto any door which is very convenient

it also comes with a dvd to show you how to do the mother of all workouts in just 11 minutes which would be a great time saver !!

plus i can do cool exercises like "the warrior" "the demon" and "the freak"

oh you mean the tower 200, I set it up for and showed her how to use it for what she wanted. Its frame was definitely solid enough and easy to mount. When I get home on the weekend I will put it through its paces and give a report. The cheapest place I found was on http://www.amazon.com but we ended getting ours from target since there was one right up the road from our place

After taking a good look at the dvd and playing with the tower I will be incorporating the tower 200 into my schedule. I didnt rip the door off or break the clips. I like! Only negative was first impression of guy in the dvd it was like WTF

These machines are amazing, do all your working out at home, in 11min a day! get cut, get buff, do it fast! For woman and men, with 3 resistance levels for all types of strength.

I use this now. It really is a sweet machine, you can work out everything without going to the gym, and also paying all the associated costs.

Have to admit I'm tempted for the same reason. I don't intend for it to replace real weights, but gotta be real...I live on a hill in Dunenedin, with winter approaching...there's gonna be days I can't get out of the house, and days when the kids are sick and I have to stay home. It's got to be better than nothing. Right?

I have been thinking about getting one of these as well. Looks to be a decent product. I'm in the process of buying a house so a home gym will be the main priority.

This would be a cool back up though.

As a side note I have a mate that has trained at Extreme Couture in Vegas and has spearred with Couture personally. He says he is an absolute gentlemen as well.
