Hey guys, just wondering what my diet looks like from an outsiders prospective.

5am (Breakfast): Two pieces of toast, multigrain bread with peanut butter, 1 cup of oats

7.45am (Smoko) : 1 cup of Pasta, 2 rice waffers with peanut butter

10.00am (Smoko): Can of Tuna, 2 rice waffers with peanut butter

12.15 (Lunch): Two sandwiches with Cottage Cheese, chop-chop chicken on Multigrain bread, banana, 150ml Youghurt

3.00pm (Smoko): 1 cup of brown rice, usually a drumstick of a Tegal Chicken

5.20pm: (Tea) 200g Chicken Breast, 4 egg whites, bowl of mixed stir fry Veges, Can of Fruit Salad.

Workout 6pm - 8pm

8.15pm (Post workout meal): 2 cups of Pasta/Brown Rice, Protein Shake, 150ml Youghurt, Banana, 4 egg whites.

I'm on a fairly strict time limit as I work from 6am to 4.30pm, usually straight home from work, cook tea, off to the gym, come home, have post workout meal, shower then bed.

Any advice/feedback would be much appreciated.
