i am currently on Test Enanthate 700mg and have been on for over 3 months now and tonight i squeezed my nipples because i thought i had a pimple but when i sqeezed it i noticed a clear and off white colour seeping out im freaking out what do i do? i didnt think test e effected prolactin levels on its own? will nolva help?

Are they sore? Lumps?

Lower your dosage and see if that helps. You must be ready to come off anyway, so dropping back to 500mg/wk won't make much difference, except to maybe stop your fears.

What PCT do you have?

I think they are sore because i have been squeezing the crap out of my nipples, but no lumps yet :pray: yeah i will def drop my dose down and hopefully get some nolva but nolva wont decrease my prolactin levels? so im not sure if that will help but i guess its due to increased estogen so hopefully it will do something :pray: :pray: :pray: :pray:

Ditto, 12 weeks is pretty standard for a cycle.

Your natty prolactin levels may be high & the Test has increased your estrogen count & this has had a flow on effect to prolactin although this is highly unusual. Normally there are progestins being used or previously used like Tren, Deca, Drol, S-drol. However you can get some relief by supressing estrogen using an AI like Letro or Aromasin as prolactin cannot metabolise in the absence of estrogen. Other wise you are looking at Cabergoline - Dostinex .5mg EOD for a week or 2, or Prami, Bromocriptine. These are dopamine agonists that inhibit prolactin excretion. Pm back at ya

What i mean is 3 MONTHS at 700mg is pretty much ASKING for sides like those...Everyone has diff opinions and ways to do it, but I'm a fan of short cycle/less sides/quicker recovery...

Thats really dependent on his history... if he has done previous cycles then 700mg isnt really ASKING for sides like those. If its his first cycle then 700mg was probably not the smartest dosage choice first up imo.
