What goes on backstage?

Ever watched a bodybuilding show and longed to do a competition of your own someday? You've seen what happens in front of the audience, but what goes on backstage?

I had no idea what to expect when I went backstage for my first comp. No-one had warned me about what it would be like in the pump-up room. The mass of near-naked (and in a few cases, fully-naked) bodies, and a wave of slapping as they applied tan to each other... :shock:

Well, fear not! There'll be no surprises for NZBB members. We've put together a little video clip to show you what it's like back there.
