I don't know if women set out to get implants specifically for bodybuilding, but me personally, I had them put in because having breastfed 3 littlies sent them heading south and having a couple of flat envelopes in your padded bra cup on stage is not a good look. Breast tissue is mostly fat, so when you diet down there aint a whole lot left, most unattractive. I was watching a show one year and this poor unfortunate women was sent from the stage out to the wings to gather up her sagging flesh and pop it back into her bra top, I had huge admiration for her, can't have been easy to appear confident and sexy after that.

I've gone down two cup sizes since I started weight training (D to B). With my frame, if I go down any further I would consider implants. Only because I naturally have large (Maori) hips and wouldn't mind some balance on the upper half. But that's only if I get to an A cup.
