it's pretty hard trying to suppress a sweet tooth, i've been through the chocolate phase too. i find that eating fruit is a good substitute, as it's still sweet but has some nutrition too

Get stuck into some good heavy leg training, initially you may feel like your thighs are getting bigger but the extra muscle you add will def help overall weight loss. With the choc cravings, I started exchanging dairy milk choc for dark choc which kind of broke the initial craving/habit. Next thing to do is set aside either a day each week when you will give into your desire to choc out or have a little each day. I buy those thin dark choc whittaker bars (3 per pak) and break each one into 4 bits and have 2 each day, works for me.

I prefer to think moderation instead of restriction, when it comes to "bad" (lol) foods. Making smaller and less-upsetting changes can make the process easier.

No point in making it difficult just for the sake of being difficult. Or developing an eating disorder to be "healthy".
