Hi everyone. Does anyone recommend a good evening time sweet treat that wont totally blow my diet. I tend to find that around 8ish I get major cravings for something sweet - ie dark chocolate. Was wondering if anyone knows of something I could replace it with??

I have found the saviour recipe for low carb, high fat diet!

It's called sludge and it's delicious!

Stick you usual amount of Protein powder in a bowl (chocolate flavour is very good for this!) , mix in with 4 teaspoons of Peanut butter (more or less depending on what you're allowed)

Mix together till it forms a dough type consistancy then add a teeny bit of water till it makes like a cake batter consistancy I then add some frozen blueberries, mix and eat!

OR you can pop it in the freezer for ten mins and re-stir and eat.

yum yum yum =P~

Light cottege cheese with some pineapple chunks mixed in.

Will give you a slow digestable protein source with the sweetness of the pineapple!

You shouldn't be really really hungry if you have eaten correctly throughout the day, if you are you may want to put it on some whole grain bread or crackers.

By eating the slow digesting cottage cheese ( protein from casien ) your body will reap the rewards throughout the night.

Low magnesium is more common than you might think, especially for women. It's difficult to reach the recommended intake through diet alone and if you exercise your requirements increase.

Guess what chocolate is a good source of?
