Flex is coming to Aucks and will be running an interactive seminar at the Massey Uni gym on May 3rd at 7:30pm. Find out how he got those tank quads :nod:

The man will be going through, training, nutrition, supplements and posing on the night and there will be a gym segment, hence the gym location for the Dragons Den seminar. Derek at http://www.bodypro.co.nz tells me he is also running a competition where you get your name in the draw for a "one on one" train with Flex every time you buy Gaspari products at Bodypro Albany between now and about then so get your tin shifting selves down there

Tickets are $30 and are limited to only 40 so get in quick :nod:

Well, only one way to find out and that's to attend.

I got my ticket today from Evolution Systems, the Dragons Den is held in the same building as their store, in Victoria St West. CBD

They tell me that Flex and the lucky winner of the 'Train with Flex' draw will be training up at Les Mills on the day and GoFigure will be photographing it.
