Ive been told by a few mates i really should get down to doing legs.Might start next week.Maybe once a week? Its hard to do legs because most guys tend to try to buff up the upper body which i know is wrong!

Any diet improvements?

Also with chest im quiet big but I struggle to to get thru 3 60 kg sets of normal benching with 10-12 reps.Would it be better if i benched before I did my other chest exercises like dumbell flys chest press etc?As i tend to leave benching and decline for last.I really want to get a cut up chest.I can sort of feel muscle developed in there but it doesnt show as much on the outside.Cheers for your help guys!

Don't become an upper bodybuilder. When you start seeing some significant improvements in your upper body it will be a long way to getting your whole body in proportion and you'l look plain ridiculous. Nothing worse than a guy with a wide chest, back and arms and tooth pick calves - just plain embarrasing.

Dont get caught doing just what you enjoy... learn to love squats... it eventually does happen but it doesnt happen straight away so give it a true honest effort.
