Posing Hamilton

Hey, does anyone know of a good place with mirrors to practice stage walking/posing in Hamilton?

Wouldnt any gym do? ... I use the aerobics room at our gym when they dont have a class on, the room is entirely mirrors

Oh ok that's true, my gym doesn't have an aerobics room it's just 1 big room with equipment, it would be good to use a gym that has one though, and is out of the way of the main gym so not too many people pass through!!

Fitmiss, you should try going to Xtreme Nutrition in town and talking to Sesa Tomuli, she might be a bit busy these days but she's in great shape and I'm sure she knows tonnes on posing and how to walk etc.

Yeah give Brian @ Fit figures a call. He runs a posing class at his gym for all competitors and you cant really get better advice than from an IFBB Pro judge.
