Imagine how much you would have to rub on yourself each day shit ya skin would be falling off by the end of week one. There's no easy way to take test :naughty:

From what I have read ( and this quoting Tc Luoma from the July 1996 issue of Muscle Media 2000) the recommended dosage just 5 mg per day ( 2 patches applied at night) very closely approximates the levels seen by taking a 200mg intramuscular (IM) injection of testosterone, as the patches show a constant, very close to natural, diurnal testosterone cycle.
