First time cutting and and cheating.

So this is my first time cutting im eating about 1700-1800 calories a day, I'd say im very disciplined and NEVER cheat.. always eat what i have planned.

But after reading on a couple of forums some people have said while cutting you have to have cheat meals something about your metabolism, thought i'd ask for some advice from you guys and some information if possible. thanks in advance.
