There must be a better way for suits I have been trying to come up with a cunning plan, re-design them to make it easier to get in and out of them. hmmmmm

One question I have a amateur contest through the gym in a month and they say you must have a gap in your knee wraps on the knee joint is this so or not??

Nope, that's not in the IPF rules. Nor any other rulebook for that matter.

Yep...great pics, really motivating.

He does not a bad job, the photographer is a gym member who looks for certain shots and we like how the BW come out.
