Baby Powder

Has anyone used baby powder in their protein shakes it seems to have all the right stuff in it just wondering if people use it at all or not :?

I use it whenever my dextrose runs out. Don't get any ideas.

Personally, I've never found powdered babies as good as fresh ones.

(Sorry Shane - I don't know the answer to your question. How does cost and nutritional value compare to a regular protein powder?)

I use dto use lots of baby food when competting as little snacks , never tried the powder though , doesnt it have lots of diary ??

Yeah got the wrong wording there, a tin is about $11 had all the vitamins every thing really whey was 60% and casein 40%. My mate who was right into powerlifting and who trained with BJ the NZ champ who is now dead reckons they used it all the time, might give it a go an try it with my protein shakes
