is it true that if u can bench anything over your own body weight is impressive.....im alwayz worried im not doing good enough my trainer says im doing good better than alot and small gains go farr but im alwayz worried im not doing enough

If your doing your bodyweight for reps.. and with proper controlled form then your probably doing pretty well. Of course it depends on how long youv been training aswell. I always find it amusing tho when people can bench more than they can squat. Don't be obsessed with weight unless your purely training to be strong. Leave your ego at the door and youl be far better off in the long run.

I would say benching your own bodyweight is pretty average. 1.5 times your bodyweight is impressive and twice your bodyweight is damn awesome. But yeah, dont get caught up on a single exercise, everyone has their own exercise they are particularly strong at.

Also...in before bench press e-peen battles :pfft:

I always find it amusing tho when people can bench more than they can squat.

We do too, if some one can Bench more than they can Squat, then I won't let them join, I tell them to go away to Squat Skool and come back when they can.
