Ha, gotta say you honesty is pretty awesome though guys. I've noticed both of you have been pushing sorting your diet/training before supps. Gives you alot of cred IMO.

heres my best stack ive experianced...bsn syntha 6, universal animal pak, super pump 250, controlled labs purple wraath, mhp tbomb 2, xtreme formulations ultra peptide.....

Im impressed with the quality of response R.E the food, I agree the expensive products seem to be for those who need motivation to be in the gym like superpump its great for energy but if your a bit low on energy pre workout mix a quarter cup of water with 2 heaped teaspoons of instant coffee gets me amping every legs day lol.

As far as good meat goes I eat biltong or droeworse for in between main meals throughout the day YUM!!

Yup biltong has up to 80% protein depending on the cut of meat and animal type, I am confused you name says Tongan but you eat South African

hey hennie lol yeah my training partner is SA and he introduced me to a guy in the mount who makes it now its my staple food place, he does pure clean mince out of topside and does some cheap aged topside for steak.

He hasnt had any biltong all week i need my fix lol.

Supplements are great if you are eating properly (as we know this is a rare phenomenon for alot of supplement users) I've found a combination Creatine mono, beta alanine, AAKG and bcaa's to be great for an extra boost in the gym and to enhance recovery.

Most of the time i don't think its the supplements that are the problem; its the people who take in 1400 cals a day and expect to put on 3 inches on their arms after 8 weeks of taking superpump. :roll:

good post. food comes first. worry about supplements after you've got a solid foundation.

a lot of people assume supplements can be taken instead of eating food. you cant grow if you're not eating enough calories. end of story

definitely. most people don't seem to understand the bulking/cutting concept and as a result attempt to gain muscle mass without putting on weight, which= not possible

in saying this though, eat to live. but don't live to eat :lol:
