Not so sure about the Beef Mince?????

Think the quality of whats in it is questionable.

Sometimes I get Pork loin when the true lean steak cuts are to expensive.

Beef mince was on special today.. $4.80 a kilo.. Got 30bux worth

If you dont mind winter weight smash a slab or more a day.

Shepherds pies and homemade meat patties... Yeaaaaaaaah boy!

100g Steak/Beef Mince = Protein 25g Fat 20 on average

100g Pork Loin = Protein 28g Fat 18g on average

Its not hard to do the math on that one!!!

Lean whole steak cuts are still best though due to their muscle building contents.

pork is the devil!

What works for me may not work for you.

If you know your body well enough you can get away with eating almost anything!

It is high in fat yes! If it bothers you dont eat it!

I find fat piss easy to lose so it doesnt bother me..

Gaining muscle is 10x harder!

Eat more food, take some mono and protein if you have to take something

but what brand of protein and creatine

As rose said food is always better, when it comes to creatine go for monohydrate, don't get sucked into the next generation creatines.

EG: Muscletech started out with creatine monohydrate in CellTech and according to them they have spent a lot of time and megabucks on research and the product was "upgraded" to a hardcore version with a few of the "advanced creatines" now after a lot more research they are back to creatine monohydrate in their latest hardcore pro series version. Also Gaspari went from Creatine Gluconate in Sizeon to Creatine monohydrate in their two latest sizeon versions.

Back to the food topic, I am sure you have seen Ronnie coleman on BSN true mass adds, on one of his training videos that was made while he was signed with BSN he eats chicken breast and potato post workout and says that this has been his post workout nutrition all his life, I didn't see true mass anywhere near him.

So as rose said learn to eat and save some money, then you can just use supplements to supplement.
