Where do I find decent Olympic Bumper Plates?

Hi.

I am looking to find some decent Rubber Olympic Bumper Plates in New Zealand. I don't really want to pay much more than $10 per KG. I do not care if they are calibrated or not, although I don't want the weight variance to be off all too much.

Currently I have 2x10kg Hart Olympic Bumper Plates from here...

They are doing me find right now, although I definitely need some heavier plates (15's, 20's) and am just curious as to the quality of these plates (if anyone knows about them) and if anyone knows any whereabouts of either cheaper or better quality plates. Preferably thinner plates too. Cheers.
