Day one of my return to the iron today

After training since i was 15 now 20 plus lol,

had almost a year off which ended today much to my lady's joy lol.

Im back into starting off slow and warming up to it again, got a mate who started to train a wee bit with me before i had my long break who has been pushing me to train him for nearly two months now. This should keep me pushing till i see anything i like as he has not stopped while i have lol.

Anyway im back and will be having a good snoop around
