Dear Past & Present NZFBB Executives, Judges & Members. (Please forward this

to members who wants to have their voice heard)

Let them know that we are willing to do something about it.

I hope this email find you all well.

I am writing this email to you in regards to the current situation with what

is happening to our Federation.

It would have been easier to ignore or to walk away from it all but

considering what is happening & going on at the moment with the NZFBB, I

could not & will not.

I am doing this as I was instructed to do so by our Leader Mr Paul Graham

IFBB Vice President Oceania/South Pacific Region. He's our LEADER & the only

one to answer to or seek advice from.

I would like YOU to write & email directly to Mr Paul Graham & copy me: with

all your concerns of the future of the NZFBB, if and how you have been

mistreated unfairly plus any other major issues in regards to the current

NZFBB/NPC President & members of his Executives.

I have been the longest serving President of the NZFBB, totalling 12 years,

plus many years of duty as Vice President, Judges Chairman, and

International & Professional Judge since 2000.

I could not sit back & let this Federation, the NZFBB go under as Moe said

the NZFBB has gone to sleep & the NPC run by Moe and Jim Manion has taken over. These were clearly Moes statement & his agenda from the beginning as I have been told this many times over the years of Moes plan to slowly phase nor drive the executives and judges out of the NZFBB

I initally joined this Federation the very first day it was formed in August

1977. I became a member then, and became a life member in 1985. I have

always maintained my loyalty to the NZFBB & to the IFBB.

After turning a blind eye to the gradual decay in the NZFBB after Moes

voting in as President, My concerns of the current situation came to light

during my trip to Melbourne where I was asked to Judge at Tony Doherty's Pro Event 13th March. I was also asked/told to judge at the Pro Figure/Bikini Model Event in Auckland and to support Moes event last weekend. I was hoping that things had changed for the better of our Sport & our Federation but instead I witnessed our federeation taking a deep drop to disaster after a poorly ran show was put on with a total lack of respect for the amateur competitors of the event, the spectators favouritism shown to the friends of the organiser who were competing.

I then found out that we no longer have a Federation, no NZFBB. No one is

owning up to who is signing the cheques of the Federation Bank A/C ( if we

still have one). We have no Judges, even the current Judges Chairman

couldn't name the Judges that were supposed to be judging at the Amateur/Pro Event last weekend.

Since I resigned as President in October 2008, I personally have not

received any NZFBB correspondence, no NZFBB Financial accounts to date, no notices of meetings, nor Minutes of any NZFBB Executive meetings.

To top it all off, NZFBB/IFBB loyal Judges have been sacked as Moe stated,

without any reasonable explanations for their dismissal.

People like Tom Terry, Kaye O'Neill, Mike Debenham, Bryan Smith, Joe Daniel,

Jean Scott, Lean Roulston were all sacked or resigned because of Moe & his

followers known as Executives & not that many of them. Some of these Judges have over 25 years of experiences & standing services to the NZFBB & the IFBB. What is really appalling when I found out that the Judges were sent a letter some months ago stating that if they wish to continue & or to become a Judge again, they will need to re sit & pay $150.00 to test judge. Also they must pay all their own expenses tansport, accomodation, to test judge when in fact they are already qualified NZFBB & IFBB Judges. Tom Terry was removed or sacked because he trains athletes who compete for other BB Organisations. Tom is a personal trainer & makes a living from this because this is his job, just like all other personal trainers like Mike Debenham, Jean Scott, Leanne Roulston, Kaye O'Neill, Brian McFarlane.

Moe, Brian McFarlane plus others have Supplement Shops that sell products to athletes who compete for other BB Organisations. So what's the difference? I could go on & on but there is a better place ( such as a meeting) to discuss all these topics but for now let's focus on the main topics

We have had loyal & experienced Event Promoters/Organisers who been

dismissed & unfairly mistreated without reasonable explanation. Moe is

calling all the shots & making decisions himself without any meetings or

even asking the Judges, Executives & Event Promoters/Organisers about any

changes to be made to the NZFBB.

There were no meetings called to discuss the dismissal of the Executive,

Judges & Event Promoters/Organisers.

There were no meetings either called to discuss the removal or moving away

from the NZFBB to the current NZNPC, which is now under Moe & under Jim

Manion. This of course has been done without the approval of all the members of the NZFFB & especially Paul Graham our Leader. We have a Constitution in place. No one or one person can remove the constitution except the NZFBB Members, and only then if a Special General Meeting has been called to discuss & vote on it to remove the Constitution

Our judges, ex excutives and members are and have been left in the dark,

nobody even the current executives know what is happening, members not

knowing anything and being forced to go with changed rules as they are

called at events... For example, no compulsory poses nor routine for

figure, no routine for physique and evidence of currupt judging and

favourtism towards certain athletes.

I would like to remind Moe, his followers & all the valued members of the

NZFBB (IF WE HAVE A MEMBERSHIPS) that Australia, NZ & all the South Pacific Nations, Guam included, that Paul Graham is our Vice President & our

Leader. Not Moe Mousawwi or Jim Manion.

We often talk about these situations & the current direction that our

Federation is taking, but no one comes forward.

I cannot sit back knowing that something needs to be done. Not the way you all have been unfairly mistreated.

Therefore I'm now asking you to do your part & lets stand together to put an end to this.

Remove Moe & all his so called followers & have the NZFBB back to how it

should be. I am prepared to do this but I cannot do it alone. We have

respectable people who would be willing to run for President to resolve

the problems/damage that the current President has caused.

Have your say and be heard by emailing Paul Graham as soon as possible.

This will not wait and we cannot afford to sit back and think about it.

This needs to be done immediately. Paul will take this up with the IFBB

President & his Executive council Members. Paul also has some major concerns

with the NZFBB & the way Moe is conducting BB in NZ & South Pacific

Regions. There's obviously seems to be some corruption going on which Paul

will look at seriously & take it up with the IFBB.

One a personal note, there is one thing that really makes me really angry

and that was the removal of Jo's name from the Miss International 2010 list.

When I was in Melbourne I heard this & then it as reinforced when Moe told me himself. Moe stated clearly to me at his Pro Event last weekend that Jo's name was on the 2010 Arnold Classic Miss Internationals list as one of the 15 Athletes. The Final list came out & only had 14 names on it and Jo's name was not on it.

Moe stated that he went to Jim Manion when he heard that Jo was competing at the Arnold. Moe asked Jim Manion to do him a favour & remove Jo's name from the list which Jim did.

I was gutted & could not sleep all night. I rang my Superiors - Carole &

Paul Graham for advice the very next day. I could not live with myself

knowing that this totally & utterly corruption.

You know regardless whether Jo & I were married & we are no longer married & we are living apart, this is not the way you treat one of NZ's, NZFBB & IFBB most high Profile Female Athletes.

Jo won a World's BB Championship along with winning the Arnold Classic BB

Championship within months, and also placed in the top 3 in other IFBB

Major & International Events - working her way through bigger and better

competitions and putting female bodybuilding in New Zealand back on the map. But yet someone of this calliper was treated like this.

Jo does not understand why this was done as she never had anything against Moe personally ( just some of his actions) but we all know Moe has had an agenda against me personally going back to 2004.

I was really hurt by this because Jo & I put so much effort with training,

sacrifices as a family and career wise, to make sure that Jo will be ready

for this as this is always her dream was to do a Pro Event before

retiring.. Going into competition in her 50th year could of proven highly

adventagious and motivating for bodybuilding in NZ. This dream was

obviously ruined by two men.

Moe can't get away with this. A week or so before the list was finalised, I

did speak to Jim Manions Secretary & she did state to me that Jo's name

is/was definitely on the list. So Jo & I were excited about this but never

made it known to all our family & friends as we were waiting for the list to

be announced officially. We wanted them to be a surprised & just as well we didn't tell them.

Moe & Jim obviously didn't know that I had already spoke to the Secretary of the IFBB Pro League. Jo & I couldn't understand why her name wasn't on the list & there were only 14 names instead of the 15 that were being selected and there were more than enough athletes put in for it, so that 15 could of been chosen, but now we finally found out the truth behind it all.

So please don't take the back seat & seat back & do nothing about any of

these situation. We need to get OUR Federation back.

Great idea, bodybuilding for yourself. Without going into details I am aware of Moe being involved in two score altering instances against me as a pro, most recently in Melbourne. The beauty of it is this, even though I was gutted at the placing changes...the pics of the recent show more than make up for it.

As I tell people the pics speak for themselves, it's clear I'm owning a world champion up there, and I know what individual judges scores were and where I was meant to place, he can't take that away from me:)

I hope you continue to always bodybuild for yourself, when I saw the pics in Melbourne (sure I blew my carb load and softened too much) but equally looked FULL like I was exploding, and the pictures are my pride.

Keep at it, its worth the struggle.

Like I said when Mike D got shafted, the members should have a vote of no confidence in the current president. Many members were not even informed of the vote at the time.

On a personal note this whole situation is disturbing to watch from the side lines. NZFBB was at the top of the NZ scene when I last competed in 2008 and in under 18 months it would seem it is now in a worse state than NABBA (not the new one ). I think if your are looking at competing this year you should be concerned with what is occurring here, a year or two preparation could go down the drain.

You certainly have to applaud Mr Stewarts standing up & being counted. Corruption at any level in Sport should not be tolerated by its members. Athletes work too hard just to become pawns in someones game in life.

Things have been pretty bad in NZFBB for awhile now as have heard many rumours. The spotlight has been on Nabba up to now.

The NZFBB Nationals were badly run with little sponsorship. Last weeks Pro contest was a sham according to reports on Gofigure.co.nz.

Moe has been awol with the chequebook and can not be contacted as he is always away. Decisions cannot be made and those that are made are made by one person.

With Nabba in such turmoil it would have been a great time to show corruption is not everywhere but looks like NZFBB has scored an own goal.

What an exciting year it is going to be.

I am well and truly behind the move that Mark Stewart has made. I ask that any NZFBB athlete that has experienced the unprofessional conduct of our current President or experienced the disrespect at the recent shows to put your experience in writing. This can be forwarded to me at mike@debenhamfitness.co.nz this will then be passed on to International level executives that are in the process of rectifying this situation.

Good on Mark Stewart for standing up and being counted and taking action against Moe considering the way that Moe is running the NZFBB these days plus what happend in Auckland last weekend at the pro am figure show having the pre judging starting at 11:17am when the pre judging was susppose to start at 9am and the samething for the night show starting at 5:50pm instead of 5pm.I emailed Paul and Carole Graham this morning before I went off to the gym and work and I told my view of the currnet state that the NZFBB is in and When I got invite to NZFBB Agm meeting on my last trip to Auckland .I got told by Moe who I had to vote when I have every right to vote ever I want to.That is a very good point by musclenz on saying that corruption should not be tolerated by its members when the athlets are the ones putting in the hard and longs hours training.I wonder what the numbers will be like for the Auckland champs in June given the current state that the NZFBB is in.I also dont care where you placed at the Olympia plus it dose not give you the right to treat the athlets like dirt.

I support this move 100%. I cannot start on this subject as I cannot stop so I say nothing apart from what I say to the IFBB.

Letters are coming in but we need more!!!!!. We also need addresses of members so we can contact them. The NZFBB finances, databases etc are a disgrace and have not been currently updated. Apparently everything is on Moes personal computer.

The only thing is it may be becos I havent had anything to do with the NZFBB for some time since seeing the decay begin set in and the way that Moe gave me my Pro card. I applied for that card myself but Moe and Mark decided to give it to my on the night of an event as a suprise. Moe however did not get mark on stage as planned to help present it to me and he made a mockery of the whole thing by asking what He had in his pocket.. It was the let down of my career to tell the truth and definately nothing to celebate.

As you know there have been more than a few disagreements between Moe and Mark. Moe has a habit of getting into peoples lives and putting distance between people by constanty lying about who says what about who.

Moe stated to me on more than several occasions way back before Mark resigned that there were only two people capable of leading the NZFBB. Him or me but I took it with a grain of salt hearing that he had also said that to everybody else and kept him at arms length. He was forever at me to judge which I have absolutely no interest in, but it was good for him to have somebody who has access to scores etc.

At the Bikini and Pro Event Moe also said to Marks face, if Jo ever competes in any Pro event, I will esure she places LAST. Now other people know that if you know Moe, this is how he talks.

FYI One competitor on the night was also told if she performed her routine privately - she would get her pro card!!!!!
