How much does your PT charge????

You may laugh but I am trying to get my garage sorted up and I am going to train from home that way I dont have to pay the gym a wage, also people get 1 on 1 and no one else to bother them, also I wont charge the earth

mine charges $30 a week that covers 3 20min seshions 2 upper body and 1 lower body.

Creatine - there are specialist PTs out there, certainly bodybuilding-specific PTs. I don't know how much they make, but they don't seem to starve. :grin:

D_man - if you've got all you need in your garage, and market yourself correctly, I can't see any reason why that wouldn't work. I've heard of several "mobile" PTs who train you at your place, or outside of the commercial gym.

As for PT's, the internet can be a far cheaper resource, though equally suspect if you believe everything you read/hear.

just out of curiosity, are there, or do any people know of any, PT's that only specialize in one area of fitness? like bodybuilding, strength or sports specific training, etc...i guess for strength coaches they can take on athletes from different fields. How do you think a specialist would fare financially?
