I train a body part once a week start on monday finish friday do most train like this or just me? do alot of burn outsets to try and get a good pump which i do the muscle is getting alot of rest before the next workout can I get some feed back on this one please :?

Cool how do you find it? I love it you can give 100% to the muscle that your training and really work that body part to failure and have a good recovery time

its the way ive always trained. its always given me good results.

however i think results is more about diet and rest more than the training
