Cinnamon

Yes it is definately good to use Cinnamon whilst on a keto diet. Cinnamon is a glucose disposal agent so is particularly good while trying to get into ketosis as it will help you achieve ketosis faster. While not as potent as ALA it still works quite well. Take it first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Cinnulin PF is a patented water soluble extract claimed to be quite potent by the patent holder, it is used in various fat loss agents and also as part of claimed "next generation" delivery system due to effects on insulin. The resellers of cinnulin PF also suggest that normal cinnamon that could be toxic and that there are no toxins in cinnamon.

I remember BSN Cellmass as one of the first versions of creatine utilizing the patented extract as part of delivery their system.

Toxic or not I love cinnamon with any vanilla flavored whey...

Big Kiwi reccommends Keto on his web site, he uses it. Quite a few people on this site have used it at one time or another quite successfully, Jo Stewart uses it too.

Mate, I never claimed to be a wealth of knowledge. I just do what seems to work for me. I also keep my mind open to new opportunities to learn and grow, and maintain a willingness to try new techniques. I recognise that other people can and do employ different training and nutrition methods to me. I don't come on here and make a comment rubbishing others' practises without providing any form of reference to back up my statements.

Perhaps if your post had been a little more constructive, possibly giving reasons for your belief that keto is "shit", I might have given it a bit more credence. Have you tried it? Have you researched it? Or are you just picking a bandwagon to jump on? By your own admission "Sure some people use it with success"...does this not give lie to your belief that it is "shit"?
